There are a lot of reviews about the quality of service already, Adding to that - everyday, the housekeeping keeps a chocolate in the room after they are done. That was easily my best experience there, compared to all the luxury. Nothing beats a piece of chocolate to end the day.

★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I Trusted You With Something Sacred. You Failed. I came to Hyatt Regency for my company's party(Aptia). I was looking forward to good food and good company. But what happened shattered that in one bite. I'm vegetarian. Not by choice, but by belief—my entire family, generations of my family, has never eaten meat. It's part of who I am. So when I sat down to eat the paneer sabzi, I felt safe. At a 5-star hotel, with Hyatt's reputation, I didn't think twice. Then I tasted it. The color was off. Pinkish. Wrong. My colleague beside me confirmed it immediately—it was chicken mixed into vegetarian food. It was nirjala ekadashi on that day and many vegetarian fellows were fasting due to Thursday. I froze. One moment I was hungry, the next I was in shock. I've never eaten meat in my entire life. In one careless bite, your kitchen violated something deeply personal to me. But here's what hurt more: I wasn't alone. Multiple colleagues had the same experience. This wasn't a mistake. This was negligence. Your kitchen didn't care enough to separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. You didn't check your work. You didn't respect our beliefs. For a 5-star hotel, this is inexcusable. You have the systems. You have the training. You have the resources. What you don't have is the care. If you value your dietary convictions, your religious beliefs, or your trust—don't book here. They won't protect what matters to you.

Attended a wedding. Extremely bad food for lunch and dinner. Zero service. Couldn’t be worse.

I stayed at Hyatt for 2 nights. It’s a good well maintained 5 star hotel. In terms of room service and ambience it’s good. The room size is decent, but well at-least they have a pretty big television. The food at Pune 14 despite being exorbitantly expensive was a good experience & tasted good. Overall a good expensive stay!

Its in prime location very near to airport and major IT centers. But still very calm and peaceful inside. Have a wonderful warm water pool which can use in any weather.

Rooms are spacious and very premium but the only glitch is they dont have latches in bathrooms and toilets. For us Indians its a concern when you visit with folks or family. Service was an issue because their QR menu didnt have much options for in room dining, infact they had very very little options like 1 or 2 under each section.
